I know this hasn't gotten so much publicity across the ocean, but the
Nipplette by Avent REALLY works, and mothers are very happy with it. I
strongly recommend giving it a try.  I've heard a lot of success stories.
I know we're not supposed to promote products, but this is the only thing
of it's kind, and saves a mother sitting with a backwards syringe 10 times
a day.  I've heard only good things about it.
And if the mother isn't pregnant yet, all the better, she can start now.
(It may even improve her sex life)
