The whole notion fits nicely into the American expectation of taking a 40
minute break every 3 hrs to sit on the couch in a negligee and focus (soft
focus, please) on nursing the baby.  Those of us who are too busy to have
our babies eat on the American plan probably have a very different view of
breastfeeding.  I remember feeling *smug* the day I found myself talking on
the phone, tying my preschooler's shoes, and nursing the baby all at the
same time.  But sexy?  Ha!
