I tell moms if they can't get rid of the stress in their lives they can
try to trick their breast into not holding onto it by taking a big deep
breath while they are nursing and as she blows out relax all her
muscles. Whenever she is feeling stress, cross check to make sure she
is breathing, not holding her breath.

I used to have reccurent mastitis/plugged ducts and since making this
discovery 7 years ago I haven't had any plugs that I wasn't able to
release right away.

Has anyone read about the studies that an M.D. did on cows with mastitis
in Vermont in the 1950's? His name was Dr. Jarvis and he wrote Folk
Medicine and Arthritis and Folk Medicine. He cleared up horrible cases
of mastitis in cows and records all the details in his books. He used
wood aged apple cider vinagar in their feed (chemically aged vinagar
doesn't work or taste as good for that matter).

I've used it to get rid of strep and to prevent colds and I have found
it to be quite effective.
