I am opening a new site on a religious Jewish network, and they asked me to
put up a counseling section.  However, I also added a note to it listing
severe warning signs including dehydration, high fever, etc, and strongly
stressed that if a woman should see any of these in her infant  she should
not ask me but go straight to a doctor/ER.

Any of you living in NYC/Long Island, any place where there is a major
Jewish population, if you are interested in getting a referral from the Web
Site please email me.  I will have to list your   phone # on the Web,
though, so please include permission.  It would help if you are familiar
with religious Jews, kashrut, laws of modesty, etc, even if you aren't
Jewish yourself.  This would be for your own comfort as well as the
mother's.
