No worry about zinc.  As long as she keeps the dose reasonable (say
less than 100 mg/day), there should be no problem (for her with too
much zinc).  The baby will not get too much.

I wrote to Lactnet that saying migraines caused by breastfeeding while
menstruating is idiotic.  That goes into the list of "stupidest
advice" which appeared a few weeks ago.
