Interesting study.  I just checked.  Eleven years after weaning, I
have NO droplets or discharge whatsoever.

But, after reading of the person who has a patent pending on human
milk to be used as a cleaning fluid for contact lenses, I'm seriously
considering re-lactating.  How long would THAT take, I wonder.
