I've been looking for info regarding the use of the combined oral
contraceptive and a decrease in the quality or nutritional composition
of bm. I've read in four "lay publications" that there is achange in bm
quality, however the only "professional" book,  states that only the
quantity is affected.  I'd appreciate any info you could send my way on
this or even if you remember a time when this was discussed on lactnet
so I could do some research in the archives.  Thanks.
