I just read in a give-away magazine put out by a major "by subscription"
magazine, the same type of information just posted here about the ADA
position:  i.e. that there is no difference between cow's milk, formula,
juice, and breastmilk with regards to "pooling" in the mouth and causing baby
bottle mouth syndrome.
  We all know that this is not the case, why doesn't the ADA?
