Hi All,
I have done a lot of work with moms and Fenugreek.  While it is fine to be
cautious about herbs one doesn't know about, it is not fine to just say that
an herb is "Not OK" for BF without checking it out first.
Fenugreek is great for helping toincrease milk supplies, so therefore, it is
perfectly OK to take while BF.
What this Dr should have done, is to have referred this mom to someone who
knows about herbs.  But, of course, the sacrificing continues....
