I agree with Darillyn regarding the advantages of the Lact-Aid
supplementer in cases of longterm supplement use such as adoption.  I
used it for a number of months with 2 babies and did not tape it after
the first few days.  I found that by running the tube under the strip
above the bra opening of a nursing bra, the tube stayed in place and it
was hardly noticable to me or the baby.  I have used the same technique
in positioning the SNS tube with many clients.
