The Health Department of Philadelphia publishes a comprehensive "Phila
Breastfeeding Resource Handbook".  Kay Hoover, the Official Lactation
Consultant foar the Phila Health Dept. (isn't that GREAT?!!!) updates it
regularly.  It is distributed for FREE to HCPs, nursing mother groups,
whoever else asks for it.  It contains names/numbers of pvt practice and
hospital LCs, pump rental info, AAP drug list, answers to commonly asked
questions (Can a nursing mother get a flu shot? etc), sources for videos and
teaching aides, etc.  Originally compiled by LC Nikki Lee, Kay has updated
and added to it.  Everyone in the Phila. area refers to it simply as "The
Pink Book" and it is widely used in Phila hospitals.
