>>I have seen lowered milk supply with Micronor recently. Has anyone else had
a
client who also had problems on micronor?<<

Allison,
I just retrieved some lost email, including your lactnet post. I, too, have
occasional clients whose milk supply problem started with the initiation of
micronor and ended when they discontinued it. I know that "the studies" do
not verify it, but I firmly believe that a small percentage of women do have
problems and just haven't shown up in the statistics yet. I seriously doubt
that most women even know what went wrong with their milk supply, and so any
such feedback is unlikely to reach the health professionals involved. We,
however, are the ones who receive the "help" calls, do the detective work,
and play with the possible factors involved.

Just saw a mom Wednesday who was having supply problems. Came to me to renew
her pump, then mentioned the difficulties and asked if taking micronor could
make a difference........ she is going to d/c it and we'll see what happens,
but there was also the confounding factor of bottle supplements during the
time the supply began to diminish. Not a concrete case, but still suspect.
