Agree with the nurse that it Would be lethal if the baby's lungs fill with
milk, but luckily the baby has a good gag reflex to avoid this occurance, as
evidenced by the baby's coping reaction of pulling off till the flow becomes
manageable. Then explain how her concern has led to improved management by
adjusting position, etc. You will be educating her and she will be likely to
be open to the info.
