Betty,
My kids nursed for 22 and 46 months, with ad lib night feedings and tooth
brushing only twice a day, are 10 and 7 years old now, and have never had
a cavity.  Our dentist keeps saying "they're certainly not cavity prone"
and I remind him that they were exclusively bf.
