Hi, folks. Sorry to beat the dead horse here, but I remain confused. I
looked in Riordan & Auerbach for a definition of "engorgement", and it
mostly jibed with my understanding: that the breast is "engorged" when it
is painful, hard as a rock, and most important, the infant is unable to
latch. I understood that unless all three signs were seen, the breast was
"full". Sorry to be such a nag about this, but I gotta get it right.
