Today I received a call from an American woman who is living on a military base in Belgium.  She was quite worried about her 6 week old baby who developed greenish frothy stools beginning about 2 weeks ago.  She had her baby to the hospital twice (where everyone speaks Dutch).The baby was put on pedialyte for 24 hours (no stools at all) then on formula for 2 days without improvement.  Stool cultures have been done twice that didn't show anything wrong.   The stooling pattern is this babies only problem -she is a thriving, happy baby who is 2 lbs over birth weight.  After 20 minutes on the phone (expensive!!)  we had the "problem" down to the two most likely culprits and I will hear from her next week. 
  I would love to be able to get her some English speaking support person (LLL or LC or?) somewhere closer to her, which would be almost anywhere-I'm in Portland Oregon.
