A mother contacted me today because she has the flu and asked was it OK to
feed her baby. The she told me that she was expressing breastmilk to give
to her mother, who has cancer.
She is giving her 100ml per day, as advised by her doctor, but feels that
the doctor plucked this amount out of the air.
Does anyone know if this is an appropriate amount, or what is?
Please email me privately, as I am moving soon and am too busy to read digests.
I will send a summary of answers to a furure digest for those who are
interested.
