The use of St. Johnswort is excellent for depression and for assisting in
balancing the hormones that may be causing the problem. Maintaining a diet
high in magnesium (green foods) is essential. Some foods that may help are:
brown rice, cucumber, apples, cabbage, fresh wheat germ and wild blue green
