Please take the time to put an appropriate subject line in your subject :
field.  This lets everyone know what your note is about, and there are some
people who just get a listing of the note subjects, and pick from them which
they will read. If you don't put a subject  line in, it just says "LACTNET
:SPECIAL DIGEST" or something non-descript like that.
