The ingredient in this spray is oxytocin (looks like my plea for
generic names is falling on deaf ears). It is the same oxytocin we
give to mothers, altogether too often, before, during and after
labour. Although I do not think that a problem with letdown is a
common problem, and even if it is it can be overcome with a good
latch, breast compression (which simulates a letdown), you can make up
a spray with the stuff they use in ob. I'm sure the hospital
pharmacist would be pleased to help you with this (concentration,
whether a vehicule is necessary etc).
