I too would like to know what to say to anyone with protests to Baby
 Friendly due to negative comments on removal of formula.  My manager has
 made it known to a small task group at my hospital that we 'would not be
 getting rid of any formula gift paks, and the department would not put
 formula in the budjet'.  Since our task group really would like our
 hospital to be BFriendly, any suggestions (serious, not just sass, we
 already can think of those) would be really appreciated.  Please email me
