Everyone...I will respond here, as I am deluged with mail.

I changed everyone who wasn't already set to MIME, to MIME, if that makes
sense.  I did this on recommendation of Norm, our sysop, who prefers the
settings to be this way.

It enables mailers to work better in some instances, and I have asked him
for a detailed explanation of why, and when he tells me, I will tell you all.

For now, please just leave things the way they are, and see what the
difference is. I am curious myself. I do not think that many should notice
any change at all.
