Re implants: I often wonder if some moms with implants are also ones with
primary glandular insuffficiency and being so small breasted or "flat
chested" prompted them to get the implants. I full realize that many moms
who would call themselves flat chested bf fine with good supply. I agree
that ANY surgery is a red flag and mandates closer followup IMO, even with
favorable scar placement in implants surgery. I also think that elasticity
of mom's skin and how long ago she had the implants (is the skin/breast
elastic or very taut) can have an impact, esp. with latch on.
