     my recollection is that the only instances of transmission through bm
are with either a newly infected mother ( ie: transfussion at birth with
tainted blood) of in a mother who is extremely ill.

     someone wrote recently re: virus transmisson .. she explaine it quite
well and though she was not addressing hiv it could be used as an excellent
explanation to understand transmission...

      i think that in all fairness to the family, htey should have access to
all the information we have and be allowed to make the decision that works
for them....

    .... i think that it is important to remember that in many parts of the
u.s. adequate alterrnatives do not exist......
