After reading the post about the lady from Allen, Texas who wrote into the
baby magazine complaining that their photo of a mother breastfeeding twins
was *erotic* (Give me a break) -- I went over to the library here to see if
I could find her address to send her a copy of "Beauty and the Breast." The
reference librarian showed me how to use an AWESOME search engine on the
internet for finding people. We did find Myra, within seconds, and got her
home address, and a copy of B&B is on its way to her "With the author's
compliments." The search engine is called Switchboard. When you are on the
Internet, you go to http://www.switchboard.com You click on "Find People"
and then fill in the form for last name, first name, city, state, etc.,
whatever you know. Then it searches all the telephone books in the country
and finds you every occurrence of that name! It's quite amazing. Try it!
Search for long-lost relatives, old boyfriends, college roomates, etc.
Won't Myra be surprised.
