Marie- I have heard lately from several sources (sorry, I can't remember
where to provide you the specifics) that osteoporosis is decreased by
breastfeeding. Apparently, the body actually absorbs MORE calcium during
breastfeeding than at other times. It's amazing how the body is protected
during BF. Anyone know the resources?
