I'm no plastic surgeon but i've addressed this with them for talks i've
given and there's the big problem of the loose breast skin once the fatty
tissue has been removed, it would hang like well, use your imagination and
would need excision to uplift to get rid of the droopy appearance. So skin
would have to be cut but fewer ductal tracts could be disturbed, but lipo
suction is kind of a blind procedure and no telling what the suction wand
could do unseen....i also believe you would get a rather lumpy final result
??? any experts know more?
ruthy who has also wonered if the reverse could be done "fatty transplant
to "fill out" the "less than voluptuous" after childbearing completed....
