Since I began using the advanced kits, I have had any unusual number of
women returning their pumps because "it just didn't work" for them. In
consulting w/ other LCs in the area, I learned that others have had
similar problems. Suction levels measured up to 240 mm/Hg in the
original kits; the new kits appear to provide only up to 210 mm/Hg.

The company in question insists others are not experiencing these
problems. At considerable personal expense, I have just returned all of
our new kits & are going back to using the original kits. IMHO, it just
isn't worth the risk to my clients until this question is addressed.

Anybody else?
