Did anyone else see the August 1996 edition of "Parenting" magazine? I'm at
home now, and the magazine is in my office -- so forgive me for not
crediting the author (maybe one of you?). The article is about SIDS (cot
death) and features a sidebar story of a women who (against her own
feelings) was lead to believe that co-sleeping was dangerous. When the baby
was moved to a private bed -- it died of SIDS. This mother tells why she
kept her next two babies in bed with her... The article discusses current
known risk factors for SIDS, ways to reduce the risks, -- and spotlights
co-sleeping as healthy.

If one of you hasn't posted this info to Lactnet by the time I get to my
computer at work, I'll do so.
