PLEASE, PLEASE have that mother see a physician IMMEDIATELY.   Maybe it
is just a plugged duct , but I know of two orphans whose mother had a
"plugged duct." t I first saw her at four months postpartum, and she had
had lump for two months.  As soon as she took off her shirt I could see peau d'orange
orange, the skin of her breast had the puckered appearance of the skin of an
orange.   Don't wait around for this plugged duct.  Have her see her
physician.  If it's nothing, everyone will be relieved, if it is a
problem, maybe it can be treated in time.  Babies need their mothers.
