Quite a number of people seem to have neglected to set themselves to NOMAIL
and then gone on vacation.  The result? Many people are getting zapped!

This has been a particular problem with people on AOL.

If you know someone to whom this has occurred recently, please inform them
that a) zapping was not done personally; they did nothing wrong EXCEPT
forget about the NOMAIL command
b) they are welcome to return to LACTNET
