Once things are posted in this public forum don't they become public
information? Isn't that why you warned us in the begining about being printed
on the front page of the NY times? I don't think we've said anything that
would be considered libel (yet).
Perhaps, if anyone of us is expressing a strong opinion (either negitive or
positive) we could write in my opinion... Also we should stay away from any
BAND names or even partial initials and other identifying factors--
trademarks and the like. The curious should email the person privately.
Is there a way that someone could keep a private list of e mail addresses and
send out individual posts isf there's a really urgent subject that needs our
attention? I'm not a lawyer but I'll bet there's a branch of electronic law
out there somewhere
