Thanks for the kind words--it's been "one of those days"!
The hospital for which I teach bought the cloth breast from
Childbirth Graphics (800-299-3366) but it would be pretty easy to make
yourself, though perhaps not with the flap that folds back to show ductal
structure! Also has a nylon string you can pull to demo an inverted
nipple and a hard "lump" so folks can feel a plugged duct....
