My master's thesis was on "Infant Feeding and Weaning Practices of Low-Income
Women in East Baton Rouge Parish Louisiana". I did a lot of background
research (too much!) and I have many (about 60) 3-4 yr. old references on bf
rates among various geographic regions, ethnic groups, socioeconomic groups,
WIC program, etc. I emailed these to Katie and would be happy to email them
to anyone else who might find them useful. Many references on rates in
South. Email me if you'd like these. [log in to unmask]
