(Just what is bolshie anyway?)  That is an entirely ridiculous comparision!
(although i believe drugs ought to be decriminalized)  What you do in scot
land cannot compare with the US for reasons I'm sure you would
understand....ie the history of the US, where we came from and why we are the
greatest, free-est country in the world. There is a  price for freedom and I
guess personal responsibility and making  choices ( and living with the
consequences) is one of them.  Those who are "underprivledged" here in the US
have the Government to help them.....( the one that also gives lip service to
BF and the same GOVT who buys tons of ABM to give these poor moms thru a gov.
program, the one you want to "do the right thing" and promote BF HA! One
should not trust the biggest monopoly of all, THE GOVERNMENT)..there will
always be those who are poor, cant read, etc.....its a sad fact of life.
 Stop whining and get out there and do something! The more we promote BF,the
more women who will do it !! I agree with Richard weston's post......But he's
much more articulate than I, I do  admit!
