Hi all,

Our local breastfeeding coalition is getting organized, and I've been asked
to help develop by-laws and other organizational documents. Does anybody have
some to share so we don't re-invent the proverbial wheel?  Please e-mail me
directly, in as much detail as you can.  Thanks.
