Thanks to Pam in Zim, Margery Wilson (and exam tips!) and Kathleen A. for
getting back to me with info. re breastfeeding during vomiting and diarrhoea.
I have been referred to Akre's book and Armstrong et al's article re.
Weaning.  Has anyone got ready access to more recent references /
recommendations re. ORT and breastfeeding as an oral rehydration solution?  I
would really appreciate some help - the info. is required for a policy
meeting next week.  With the exam on Monday, I'm not able to go hunting right
