This is a public request to respond to me privately.

Jan Riordan and I are currently seeking good clear pictures of clinical
situations to consider including in a future (not sure when) revision of
our textbook.  Both color and B&W pictures are sought.  All pictures used
will, of course, be acknowledged as to ownership.

If you have any pictures you think we should consider, please get back to
