Compuserve is easy, but e-mail from the Internet can get expensive at ten
cents per reading or reply.  I just switched to an Internet Point to Point
Protocol account with a local non-profit for a donation of $200/year.  There
is graphical software available online free via FTP, from providers, and
commercially ala Internet in a Box and Chameleon.  Just my humble opinion.
