Hello Everyone!
I have a quick question for you all.  Have a mom who is nursing a 7
month old.  All is going well.  Her problem is she has been really tired
lately.(she also has a 2 yr.old)  Her baby only sleeps for short periods
so she's not able to lie down.  She asked about brewers yeast or vitamin
B complex.  I did ask if she could be pregnant.  She hasn't had a period
but said they have been careful.  Anyway-she eats and drinks well, gets
exercise and rest, but doesn't feel rested.
Any and all responses would be appreciated.!!
