Regarding the mother with the low normal TSH levels: It is possible to have
normal readings and still have the condition. Although this may not be what
doctors and others believe, I have worked with several mothers whose blood
levels were normal and they had all the symptoms. When taking their, basal
body temp, they were all well below normal. When started on replacement
therapy, all improved significantly and so did their milk supplies.

I'd like more info on this phenomenon myself. Has anyone else seen this?
