Theoretically, breast milk could be used to treat 'outer' ear
infections, but unlikely for middle or inner ear infections as the milk
would not be able to get to it.  Milk doesn't protect against all
bacteria, so some could have a field day if it makes it way into the ear
and is allowed to stay there.
