Anna,
What you should stress it that breastfeeding is different for every woman and
that not every woman will receive sexual pleasure from breastfeeding. It is
just one of the variables that happen to some women (such as a strong let down
that would shot across the room). Many women feel the warmth and love toward
their new baby during nursing (the prolactin) and would describe it as motherly
feelings, not sexual. Personally I never felt any kind of sexual type pleasure
when nursing my oldest, just joy and motherly love at seeing my child happy and
thriving on my milk. The closest I ever came to sexual feelings during nursing
was with my daughter. Once or twice I would be nursing her and suddenly wished
that my husband would come home soon - I couldn't wait to see him again! So
showing that she may never have sexual feelings could really ease her mind, as
would telling her about my experience with my daughter. Many people seem to
fear that the sexual feelings would be directed toward the child so pointing out
how that isn't usually the case would probably help her a lot.
Just my .02.
