Clomid is used to induce ovulation.  the rec dosage is 50  - 100
mg daily for 5 days starting anytime and is to be repeated until
conception occurs or until 3 courses of therapy are completed.

********Advise patient to stop taking drug and contact doctor
immediately is she suspects she is pregnant (drug may have
teratogenic effect)****************


I dont understand why a doctor wants  her to take it while she is
pregnant??
