Has anyone out there in cyberspace received an ILCA Roster for 1996?  WE
were told it was "in the mail," but nothing was in my mailbox when I got
home (4 days later than most people) and none of my friends have them
either.

Is this simply a reflection of the severe flooding in Chicago area (18
inches fell in less than 24 hours--my nieghber had 4 1/3 ft in his
basement) 4 days after the conference or is there some other explanation?

I would love to hear if others have theirs.  Please advise.
