Rina,
I'm sure the poor infants fed only 3 times a day don't give their parents
a moment of trouble.  I remember a 3 month old infant being fed
overdiluted formula on the advice of her ped.  This baby was only 11 lb
(after being almost 9 at birth) and did not even have the strength to
raise her head.  She lay sweetly and peacefully in ones arms.  The ped
tested her for all kinds of metabolic and kidney problems, fortunately
mom got a second opinion and the second ped was horrified at this
iatrogenic ftt.
