In my opinion she could have all the above.  The PPD should be oK if she is nursing and the varicella titer is just to check if she has had chicken pox herself.  The hepititis should be OK also as you point out the child cannot get Hepatitis from the mother and they give the vaccine to infants anyway.  Tom Hales book says Effects unknown but given to infants and transmission via breast milk seems unlikely.
