What are the current recommendations about breastfeeding and CMV (cytomegaly
virus) ? Mother has had the virus since she was 7 and hasn't affected her
pregnancy. I have some current articles that say infant can be infected but
generally not symptomatic. The article does say if the mom seroconverts
during lactation, if baby is premature or is immunocompromised the baby could
become symptomatic. I just wondered what you're seeing on this?
