It would help to know how old the child is in this case.  If the child's only
a week old it is much different than if he/she were 2 months.  My son went
4-5 days between BMs as he got older.  Of course they were the
out-of-the-diaper-across-the-bed-onto-the-floor variety so I didn't worry
about it.
