Mother wonders if she should throw away her frozen milk.  This is such a
simple question I am amazed to never have been asked in my 9 years as an
IBCLC and more as a LLL.  I am also embarrassed not to be sure of the
answer; other than that I would guess that the levels of candida would be
low in milk that has been properly handled. Most of my references are
unaccessible as we are painting this week, so I thought I'd ask you all
rather than unpack.  TIA.
